These general terms and conditions define the booking and cancellation terms applicable to all services offered by INDIE GROUP, operated by SAS INDIE GROUP<\/b>, whose registered office is located at 104 Rue du Tibouren 83350 Ramatuelle<\/b>, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Fr\u00e9jus under number 89868230700035<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Booking Terms<\/b><\/p>\n

Reservations may be made:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Via the establishment\u2019s website;<\/li>\n
  • By telephone;<\/li>\n
  • Through a partner platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A booking is considered final only after:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Written confirmation (email or SMS);<\/li>\n
    • And\/or payment of a deposit when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Deposit and Card Guarantee<\/b><\/p>\n

      For certain bookings (groups, events, VIP tables, high season, etc.), a deposit or credit card guarantee may be required.<\/p>\n

      The deposit is charged and deducted from the final invoice.<\/p>\n

      Individual Cancellation<\/p>\n

      Any cancellation must be made at least [24h \/ 48h] before the date and time of the reservation.<\/p>\n

      After this deadline:<\/p>\n

      • The deposit will be retained;<\/li>\n
      • Or a fixed amount of [X \u20ac per person]<\/b> may be charged in the case of a card guarantee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Group Cancellation (from [X] persons)<\/b><\/p>\n

        Any modification or cancellation must be made at least [72h \/ 5 days] prior to the service.<\/p>\n

        Failing this, the establishment reserves the right to charge:<\/p>\n

        • All or part of the scheduled amount;<\/li>\n
        • Or a guaranteed minimum amount per person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
